When you finish your lesson plan,
use the Lesson Plan Checklist below
to self evaluate your work.
ACTIVITIES:
- Do my class activities correspond to the competence(s) to be developed in the module?
- Do the activities match the language needs and ability of the group?
- Are the activities related to the same theme?
- Are the activities appealing for the age of the group?
- Are the activities motivating and challenging to students?
- Do the different activities in the lesson plan respond to coherent objectives?
- Have I included a warming up activity in order to recycle or activate previous knowledge?
- Is practice enough?
- Have I catered for appropriate variety of activity interaction and pace?
- Have I included the presentation and analysis of a model?
- Does controlled precede free practice?
- Is assessment explicitly provided for?
- Have I assigned rational independent work?
